With a strong background as Concept Store Designer and Strategy Visual Merchandising Director, Fanny Schuller has specialized in developing unique Brand Experiences in retail spaces.
She has been involved for +20 years, working with the most important brands and retailers in Mexico in several different aspects: from corners design, promotional events, remodeling departments, planning the store footprint, leading the
creation of the guidelines for merchandise accommodation, conceptualizing new spaces, fixtures and interior design, etc. up to participate in the full design of several department stores.
Fanny Schuller has been an active player in the challenges and changes that retailers have faced during these times, always watching the evolution of the retail industry with a critic’s vision, providing innovating solutions
for the retail industry.
Her work in the last ten years has focused on how to develop unique brand experiences in brick-and-mortar stores, by including a great store design guided by the human behavior and the cognitive process of persons. In the recent years,
Fanny has founded Retail 360, a consulting firm providing specialized services for the retail industry.
